PenMount Service & Support Homepage

The PenMount team offers not only various drivers for different operating systems, but also support for after sales service. If customer should encounter problems or has special requests when using PenMount touch controller, and not able to contact with their PenMount vendor or the system designer for solutions, customers can immediately avail of our service and support through the PenMount websites.

There are two types of customer the PenMount after-sales service center serve; the direct customers who purchase PenMount directly from us, these are the system integrators and the product manufacturers; the other type of customer is the end user.

The PenMount team has special sales person and FAE working with direct customer’s problem or requests, and accordingly providing customer with solutions and convenience. Furthermore, we always work actively and closely with the customers to help with the completion and success of their projects specifically during their design-in stage. We help provide immediate solutions to customers in order for them to launch their product on schedule. This is why we are able to grow steadily since PenMount controllers were launch into the market 16 years ago.

Because PenMount touch controller is used widely in various applications, the PenMount team would like then to offer touch solutions to end user via the internet. There are specific domains: www.penmount.com.tw and www.penmount.com , user can search for complete information on the PenMount controllers they are using. Aside from this, in the PenMount driver there are links to PenMount homepage and email address, where user can access updated FAQ, data sheets, PenMount bulletins, drivers, user manual and others. User can also email questions and or suggestions to penmount@seed.net.tw, ant the PenMount team will reply within 72 hours.

More and more customers are using PenMount touch controllers in their Linux operating systems, and we’ve received some feedbacks that PenMount controller is not being detected by the system. However, this phenomenon does not happened in Windows XP or Vista; this is because of some fault in the Linux system default settings for RS232 and USB port. We have included guides in the FAQ section of the PenMount homepage, on setting PenMount controller in Linux system and as well as Linux driver installation guide; and  even though end user still ask about it, the PenMount team still welcome, at all times, questions from end-users and help them solve their problems whether they are caused by PenMount itself or not.

PenMount direct service to the end user will in turn help our direct customers utilize to the utmost their resources on the sales and marketing of their products. invest more of their resources Should the end user’s problem be related to the system as well, we will work closely and actively with our direct customers in analyzing and providing solutions.  Additionally, we would like to let you know that end-users and customers alike can access the latest copies of our weekly bulletins from our homepage.
